What causes the numbers on the scale to go up overnight? Did eating a bit of extra food yesterday derail everything? Weight fluctuation can be caused by eating late at night and inflammation from an intense workout. So don’t let these overnight gains trick you into thinking you are not burning fat. Keep the faith and carry on because fluctuations in your weight can be caused by a variety of things.
